My career spans over 15 years of administrative support, project management, human resources and talent acquisition in a variety of corporate industries. in 2016, after spending over a decade as a corporate Executive Assistant, I took the leap and began freelancing as a Virtual Executive Assistant. My business grew so fast that I had to hire more Virtual Assistants to help me support the business owners that were my clients. 

 

For over 7 years, my team and I harnessed our administrative power to help entrepreneurs in the cannabis, tech, public relations, and finance industries. The systems and processes that I created allowed us to "manage up" and guide business owners to properly onboard and delegate. As a result, we were able to minimize the stress of bringing on a new assistant allowing our clients to shift the focus to increasing profits!
